Fee Changes Effective July 1, 2023


On May 23, 2023, the County of San Diego’s Board of Supervisors approved an ordinance relating to fees for services provided by the Recorder.  The action taken by the ordinance adjusts certain existing fees based on the department’s current cost of providing services.  The new fees will be effective July 1, 2023.

The table below reflects adjustments to the Recorder’s fees based on cost drivers since the fees were established and the department’s ability to deliver the specific service.
